Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view your Order information, including copies of your receipts on the Billing page in your account section.
How can I return an item?
To return an item you ordered: Sign in then Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders. Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
There is no guarantee that out of stock products will be restocked.
If I received a damage product?
If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
